Wrap Around Care at St Mewan

As we are open out of normal school hours can you please ensure that you keep us updated with:

Medical needs
Dietary needs
Change of emergency contact information

If you ever need to contact the wrap around staff during a session please telephone 01726 74887

Wrap around care for Nursery and Reception is held in the Nursery building. Wrap around care for Years 1 - 6 is held in the hall for Before School Club and from 3.20 - 4.30pm Afterschool. These children then join the Early Years Afterschool club from 4.30 to 5.30pm.

Places MUST be booked online beforehand – an additional charge will be levied for any child who is not booked as this will affect our staffing ratios.

Booking and payment for Breakfast Club and After School Club are via the School Gateway App (https://login.schoolgateway.com/0/auth/login) You should have received login details from the school office. Once you have registered, you will then be able to book and pay for sessions for your child/children in advance.

Spaces are limited to 30 Year 1 - Year 6 spaces and 10 Reception spaces for Breakfast Club and After School Club. All places can be booked and paid for online using School Gateway.

In an emergency, if you think that you are unable to collect your child by 5.30pm, please telephone the After School Club 01726 74887. An additional charge will be levied if pupils are collected after this time.

If your plans change and your child is collected at the end of the school day rather than attending a pre-booked After School Club session, please ensure that the office or After School Club team are notified before you leave the school premises.
